The German Touring Car Championship, or DTM for short, entered its 40th season in 2024, with a total of 16 races held over eight race weekends at various circuits in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
The SSR Performance Team competed in the DTM again in the 2024 season with the Lamborghini Huracan EVO2 GT3. Italian driver Mirko Bortolotti took to the starting line in the #92 car. With a victory at the Red Bull Ring and several other podium finishes, he won the drivers' championship with a total of 238 points in the overall standings and secured the 2024 DTM championship title.
