The Jaguar D Type - Blue - 24h Le Mans - 1957 Poster of the manufacturer Automobilist
The Jaguar D-Type Poster represents one of the most beautiful racing cars in Great Britain. The D-Type is a sports car produced between 1954 and 1957 by Jaguar Cars Ltd.
This winning car covered 4397 km at Le Mans, an average speed of 183 km/h, a record that remained unbroken for four years. The winning drivers Ron Flockhart and Ivor Bueb from Team Ecurie Ecosse drove the Jaguar Type D in the 1957 Le Mans 24 Hours. It was the third and final victory for the fabulous car that held the upper hand at the Sarthe from 1955 to 1957.
The print was created using Automobilist's characteristic technique of digital 3D modelling to produce a computer-generated image of impressive quality.
