Description
The Porsche 956B model with start number 7, winner of the 24h race LeMans 1984, in 1/12 scale.
With drivers Henri Pescarolo and Klaus Ludwig, the New-Man Joest Racing team secured victory after 360 laps of racing. But this victory was hard-earned in a race that was overshadowed by the tragic death of a marshal in an accident caused by flying car parts. For a long time it looked as if the factory Lancia of Nannini and Bob Wollek would win, but towards the end of the race it was far behind with gearbox problems. The team of the New-Man Joest Racing Porsche also had to fight with problems at the left wheel suspension, but could still save the victory until the finish.
